Shipping Within Australia Only
We currently only ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post, with tracking provided for every parcel. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive your tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey directly through the Australia Post website.
Shipping Options and Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location
- Express Shipping: Flat rate of $25.00. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location
Free Local Pickup - Mount Druitt, NSW 2770
We also offer a free local pickup option from Mount Druitt, NSW 2770
- To use this option, enter the discount code "SYDNEYPICKUP" at checkout, and your shipping fees will be removed
- You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection, along with instructions for pickup
Product Turnaround Times
Please note that our product turnaround times vary depending on the product. We encourage you to review our "Product Turnaround Times" page for specific details relating to each product type. Product turnaround times are seperate from shipping times and must be considered when placing your order.
Order Tracking
All orders are fully trackable via the Australia Post website. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled, so you can follow your parcel until it safely arrives.
