At Jadeo's Creations, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, clear turnaround times, and quality workmanship. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order. 

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY 

As our products are made to order and often personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure all personalisation details (such as names, ages, colours, and event details) are entered correctly at checkout to avoid errors. 

PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM ORDERS 

Due to the customised nature of our items, refunds or returns are not available unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part. We encourage customers to double-check all details left in the "Order Special Instructions" section at checkout. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item. We may request clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement item or refund. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that Jadeo's Creations is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other external delivery services. We provide tracking details with all orders so you can monitor your parcel's progress. Refunds will not be provided for late deliveries outside our control. 

INCORRECT DETAILS PROVIDED 

If an order is delayed or incorrect due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided at checkout, Jadeo's Creations cannot be held responsible. Please ensure all details are carefully reviewed before submitting your order.
